Come Visit the Taproom

Where There’s Always a Variety of Hard Ciders and NY State Beer Flowing

If you’re a hard cider lover, our Taproom is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening with friends or family. Pull up a stool at our raw-edged bar, take a seat at one of the tabletops, or play a game of shuffleboard as you enjoy a cold glass of artfully crafted cider. Here on the farm, it’s all about fresh flavors and having a good time.

12 Taps Means More Choices

When we built the cidery, we knew we needed room for fan favorites and all the new hard cider varieties we would be developing. Plus, we wanted to offer options for those who preferred a non-cider drink. So, we have 12 taps behind our bar from which flow a rotating selection of our hard apple cider,  as well as local beer brewed right here in New York State.

Our ciders are served by the 12 oz. and 16 oz. glass. We also offer a selection of New York State wine, our own Vodka made from apples picked straight from our orchard,  and signature cocktails, like our popular Cider Sangria.

And if you’re hungry, all of these choices go great with homemade Neapolitan old-world style Brick Oven Pizzas.

Grab a Growler to Go

Want some hard cider for home? Fill a Pennings 64 oz. growler with a cider on tap to go – or we can fill yours if you bring one with you! You can also stop by our Bottleshop for conveniently pre-packed hard cider available in bottles and cans.

Take a Taste of Pure Goodness

Our hard ciders are made from apples and other ingredients grown on our farm or sourced from local growers. For us, the cider making process means producing hand-crafted, innovative products in-house from farm to tap – and bottles and cans! We use the freshest, natural ingredients to develop interesting varieties bursting with flavor. Sign up for a Taproom group flight tasting of six sample ciders and our apple vodka and a peek at our production facility – which you can see from inside our Taproom.
