Apple Picking at the Cidery Orchard is open September thru October. Reservations for weekend apple picking are highly encouraged to guarantee entry into the orchard and cidery.

We do not take reservations for dining or visiting the tap room at the Cidery. Visiting is first come first served, as long as we are not at capacity.

We don’t require guests and team members to wear face coverings on the farm. Pennings Farm Cidery follows the latest NYS Liquor Authority, NYS Government and Center for Disease Control guidelines.

Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on! We don’t allow any umbrellas, canopies, sun tents, tables etc.

Buses/Limos/Vans are required to have a bus/limo/van parking reservation (Please note: this is separate from an apple picking reservation)

Buses/Limos/Vans without a Parking reservation will not be permitted to enter the farm – Click here to make reservation.

Yes! Our ciders are naturally gluten-free! We also offer gluten-free options from our pizza kitchen.

Yes, we serve up some delicious brick oven pizzas from our own brick oven that pair perfectly with our ciders! We have gluten-free pizza options available as well. We also host other food trucks on-site depending on the season.

We ask that no outside food or drink be brought into our cidery, as we are an active production facility.

Yes, kids are allowed. All kids must be supervised and remain with their family at all times. Please note, Pennings Cidery is primarily an adult environment and as a result you won’t find a kid’s menu or high chairs.

Yes! We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept Apple Pay.

According to the G.A.P Food Safety Plan, pets are not allowed anywhere on the farm. The ONLY exception is a registered service animal.

For the safety of your pet, please leave them at home, do not leave them in your vehicles. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate you helping us to follow these government guidelines outlined in the Good Agricultural Practices Food Safety Plan. Additional information is available on the website, section 3.0, page 24.

Yes! We have local NY state wine, craft beer, and cocktails made out of our own Apple Vodka! We also offer soft drinks and regular sweet cider for those who prefer non-alcoholic beverages.

At the moment, we are not giving private tastings and tours. We hope to bring them back very soon so please check out our Cider Tastings page for more information.

Yes! We have some products available in bottles and cans, as well as growlers to fill with anything on tap! You can buy one of our growlers or bring in your own for a fill.

We don’t have a space for private events. We host semi-private events where we can host your event in a dedicated space on our lawn and we will remain open to the public while your event takes place.
