Weekday apple picking at The Cidery Orchard East on Pennings Farm does not require a reservation. Parking lots do close periodically on the weekends and visitors cannot gain entrance during those closures without an Apple Picking Reservation. Reservations are valid rain or shine. Located on more than 50 acres of farmland, The Cidery Orchard at Pennings Farm in Orange County, New York offers more than 20 varieties of apples available for picking. Apple picking season for the Cidery Orchard is late September, October, and into mid-November. Exact dates vary year to year depending on the growing season weather.
To keep our orchard healthy and visitors safe, please follow these rules:

• No tailgating
• No pets are allowed
• No climbing trees
• No throwing apples
• No outside food and no coolers
