Across the Pond 6.3% ABV
A very dry cider. Produced with 100% european origin bittersweet and bitter sharp varieties from our farm. It has bold tanin and is full bodied with a deeper golden hue. Hints of apple and dried fruit on the back end.

A unique mead-cider hybrid crafted with honey from our orchard’s beekeeper – sweet things wild thyme – a smooth, rich, complex cider with a hint of warmth.
